The SC-578FDX is ARK LINK's flagship refrigerated AI vending cabinet for indoor unattended retail. Its 18.01 cu ft storage volume, 33.8°F–50°F operating range, 115 VAC power configuration and ETL certification make it suitable for beverages, snacks, fresh food and other temperature-controlled products in North American locations.
The cabinet combines open-shelf merchandising, AI vision checkout, adjustable product pushers, remote temperature monitoring and cloud SaaS management to improve product flexibility, simplify restocking and support multi-location operation.

The AI vision system tracks products taken, returned or kept during the shopping session. If an item is returned before the door is closed, the system updates the transaction and excludes the returned item from the final order.
How accurate is product recognition?
Under recommended operating conditions, the dual-camera AI vision system can achieve up to 99% product recognition accuracy.
Recognition performance can be affected by packaging similarity, lighting, shelf organization and product visibility, so products should be correctly registered and clearly displayed.
Does it require RFID tags?
No. The SC-578FDX uses AI vision and cameras to recognize products, so operators do not need to attach an RFID tag to every individual item.
What happens if the network is unstable?
The machine supports WiFi, dual SIM connectivity and dual antennas to provide multiple network options across different deployment environments.
Network connectivity supports payment communication, transaction synchronization, remote monitoring, alerts and OTA updates. If reliable connectivity is unavailable, the machine door will not open until a reliable connection is restored.
